The Role of Religious Education in the Formation of the Preacher's Personality

Objectives: The study aimed to clarify the role of Education of Belief in building the goals of the preacher, his motives, developing his morals, and shaping his characteristics.
Methods: the study followed the qualitative analytical approach to answer the study questions.
Results: The study concluded the following results: The education of belief has a role:
- In building the preacher's final goals in the light of the unification of divinity, and the goals of succession in the light of the unification of divinity.
- In developing the motives of desire and awe, the motive of belonging, loyalty and disavowal, and the motive of love.
- In developing the preacher’s balanced morals in the light of belief in the names and attributes of God, and the Last Day.
- In shaping the characteristics of the preacher, by defining his identity, strength, high energy and effectiveness.
Conclusions: the study recommends a set of recommendations: Conducting more research and in-depth studies in every article of the education of belief in terms of its role in building the goals of the preacher, the need for advocacy educational institutions to undertake to develop the motives of preachers in the light of faith education Holding conferences and seminars for specialists in the field of advocacy to study the role of the education of belief in shaping the characteristics of a preacher and its impact on facing the challenges of the age.
