دور القيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في تنمية المهارات الإبداعية للمعلمين في محافظة رام الله والبيرة من وجهة نظر المعلمين

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف دور القيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في تنمية المهارات الإبداعية للمعلمين في محافظة رام الله والبيرة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وباختلاف متغيرات:الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة. وصمّم الباحث استبانة تكونت من 44 فقرة موزعة على أربعة محاور (خصائص القيادة الأخلاقية الشخصية، وسلوكات القيادة الأخلاقية الإدارية، وخصائص القيادة الأخلاقية المرتبطة بالعلاقات الإنسانية، وتنمية المهارات الإبداعية). كما وتألفت العينة من 351 مدرسًا ومدرّسة، اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المسحي الوصفي. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن استجابات مدرّسي المدارس على دور القيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في تنمية المهارات الإبداعية للمعلمين في محافظة رام الله والبيرة كانت بدرجة متوسطة على جميع المحاور، وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق في دور القيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في تنمية المهارات الإبداعية للمعلمين تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخدمة في جميع المحاور، ووجود فروق في محور تنمية المهارات الإبداعية تبعًا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح مؤهلي البكالوريوس وماجستير فأعلى ولم يكن هناك فروق في المحاور الأخرى. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تشجيع القيادات التربوية على ممارسة الاخلاقيات الحسنة لتعزيز الإبداع لدى المعلمين.
