درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين
المنهجية: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) معلم ومعلمة من المعلمين والمعلمات في دولة الكويت، وتم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية . وتم تطوير أداة بلغ عدد فقراتها (37) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
النتائج: وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين للإشراف الإبداعي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة باستثناء مجال الدورات التدريبية وجاءت الفروق لصالح (10 سنوات فأكثر.
الخلاصة: أوصى الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات منها: تعزيز امتلاك المشرفين التربويين في دولة الكويت لمهارات الإشراف الإبداعي.
