الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى عينة من السودانيين أثناء حرب السودان 2023، والتعرف إلى الفروق في مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى السودانيين تبعاً للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي).

المنهجية: ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي، وإعداد مقياس لتحديد مستوى المناعة النفسية مكون من (97) فقرة موزعة في عشرة أبعاد. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (832) فرداً من النازحين واللاجئين من سكان ولاية الخرطوم.

النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى عينة من السودانيين أثناء حرب (2023) جاء متوسطاً، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى السودانيين أثناء حرب السودان 2023 تبعاً للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، المستوى العلمي)، ووجود فروق في المناعة النفسية لدى السودانيين تبعاً لمتغير العمر، بين الفئات العمرية (36-45 سنة، أقل من 25 سنة)، لصالح الفئة العمرية (46-55 سنة).

الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة بضرورة تقديم برامج إرشادية وعلاجية للنازحين واللاجئين لرفع مستوى المناعة النفسية لديهم، وتقليل الضغوطات النفسية التي قد تؤثر سلباً على صحتهم النفسية.
