Iranian Pragmatism under the Rule of Al-Faqih

Objectives: The study aimed to address Iranian pragmatism under Wilayat (rule of) Al-Faqih, to disentangle the theoretical engagement between pragmatism and Wilayat Al-Faqih and the diagnosis of the Iranian pragmatic impact.
Methods: The study has been analyzed by understanding, interpretation, and linking the information’s together to know the impact of the Wilayat Al-Faqih on the internal and external policy to reach pragmatic and in line with its own interest.
The researcher has used the historical and making – decision methods and taken into consideration the national Iranian interests.
Results: The study showed that Iranian pragmatism sought to spread its ideology to many countries, especially neighboring Arab countries, by utilized the tapped of Arab crises, which facilitated its ability to build bridges of support, penetration and guide these crises, to become a major player taken over in many issues.
Iranian pragmatism and its influenced by Wilayat Al-Faqih sought to face economic challenges and able to recover from it with minimal losses, recipient of The political support china-Russian
and rapprochement, under their common interests often at the expense of countries in the region.
Conclusions: The study concluded that Iranian ruling elite did not change its internal and foreign approaches, as it is looking for national - interests , in addition to the contradictions of the Iranian plans between state and religion then the exaggerated employing the pragmatic tools , as Iran seeking rapprochement with several forces in the universal international regime to a achieve its goals.
