Abstract

Objectives: The study aimed mainly at demonstrating the political dimensions of the Arab-Chinese relations in light of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative during the period (2013-2021).

Methods: The study utilized both descriptive-analytical and decision-making strategies to present its subject.

Results: The study revealed that the Belt and Road Initiative has contributed to the enhancement of ties between Arab nations and China, owing to their shared political objectives. China has been trying support the Arab positions based on achieving justice. The extent of China's impact in the Arab region is closely tied to its ability to boost its exports to those countries. This, in turn, has the potential to strengthen the relationship between China and the Arab nations.

Conclusion: The research recommends that Arab research centers conduct studies and research on the ways to benefit from the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative projects to promote economic development in the Arab countries and bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Arab countries and China. The study also recommends enhancing economic development and strategic partnership between Arab countries within the framework of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative.
