The Impact of Cinematic Films on Media Students’ Attitudes towards Political Pressures affecting the Professional Performance of Journalists in the Media Sector The film “La Dictadura Perfecta” as a Model

Objectives: The study aims to understand the impact of the film "La Dictadura Perfecta" on the attitudes of media students at Al-Zarqa University towards political pressures affecting the professional performance of journalists in the media sector.
Methods: This experimental study employed an experimental method applied to an equal quota sample consisting of 40 individuals, divided between the departments of Journalism and Digital Media, and Radio and Television at the College of Media at Al-Zarqa University.
Results: The study found differences in the attitudes of respondents towards the role of media in uncovering political corruption, the nature of the relationship between journalists and political sources, the influence of political pressures on media agenda setting, the political pressures on media to publish false news in favor of politicians, and the "soft containment and threats" political pressures faced by journalists in the media before and after watching the film "La Dictadura Perfecta."
Conclusion: There was a confirmed positive impact of the film "La Dictadura Perfecta" on shaping the respondents' attitudes towards the political pressures affecting journalists' performance in the media.
