الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرُّف على مبادئ الحكم الرّشيد، ودورها في فاعليّة الأحزاب السّياسيّة الأردنيّة؛ وذلك خلال دراسة مبدأين من مبادئ الحكم الرشيد وهي: جودة التّشريع، و المشاركة والمساءلة.
المنهجية: استخدمت الدّراسة ثلاثة مناهج أُسلوبًا لها وهما: المنهج الوصفي التّحليليّ، والمنهج القانونيّ، والمنهج المقارن.
النّتائج: أولًا، إنَّ جودة التّشريعات الأردنيّة بما يتعلّق في فعالية الأحزاب السّياسيّة كانت تسير ببطء قبل عام 2022، ولم تكن ترقى بعد في العمل الحزبيّ المطلوب؛ لكن في ذلك العام أُصدرت تعديلات على الدّستور الأردنيّ، وقانوني: الانتخاب والأحزاب الّتي كرّست جودة حقيقيّة للأحزاب السّياسيّة في الأردن في الوقت الحاضر والمستقبل؛ ثانيًا: ساعدت التّشريعات سواء الدّستور وقانوني: الانتخاب والأحزاب مبدأ المشاركة والمساءلة للأحزاب السّياسيّة في النّظام السّياسيّ الأردنيّ بشكل متفاوت.
الخلاصة: أولًا، عند الانتهاء من المرحلة التّمهيديّة للأحزاب السّياسيّة الأردنيّة في النّظام السّياسيّ الأردنيّ يجب تعديل نصّ الدّستور من أجل مشاركة الأحزاب في تشكيل الحكومات في المستقبل؛ وذلك حتى تتحقق الجودة بشكل كبير، ثانيًا: تخفيض عدد الأعضاء المنتسبين إلى الحزب إلى الثلث بناءً على الشّرط الموجود في قانون الأحزاب، ثالثًا: وضع آليّهَ مناسبة لتحالفات الأحزاب في الانتخابات على صعيد الدّوائر المحلّية.
