الملخص

الأهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور كلّيّات الشّريعة في خدمة المجتمع المحلي، وفق معايير الجودة المتبعة في الجامعات، وإلى بيان حقيقة دورها الآن، والمأمول منها مستقبلا، مع تسليط الضوء على التحديات التي تعيق هذا الدور.

المنهجيّة: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ لبيان دور كليات الشّريعة في خدمة المجتمع المحلي، وفق معايير الجودة، والمنهج التحليلي لقياس الاختلافات في وجهات النظر حول مستوى الخدمة المقدمة للمجتمع، وفق معايير الجودة، ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم إعداد وتطوير استبانة تألفت من 26 فقرة، توزعت على محورين: الأول: دور كليات الشريعة في تعزيز القيم الدينية والأخلاقية والتعاون مع المؤسسات المحلية والدولية، والثاني: التحديات التي تواجه كليات الشريعة في خدمة المجتمع. وتم اختبار صدق الأداة وثباتها وطبقت على عينة الدراسة البالغة (405) فردا، بنسبة (15%) من مجتمع الدراسة.

النّتائج: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في دور كليات الشريعة في تعزيز القيم الدينية والأخلاقية والتعاون مع المؤسسات المحلية والدولية تعزى (للجنس ومجال العمل والتفاعل بين الجنس ومجال العمل)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α) في التحديات التي تواجه كليات الشريعة في خدمة المجتمع تعزى (للجنس ومجال العمل والتفاعل بين الجنس ومجال العمل)

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطبيق معايير الجودة وتطويرها من أجل تحقيق خدمة مجتمعية هادفة وشاملة، وأوصت ببعض التوصيات المعززة لهذا الأمر.
