البرنامج النووي الإيراني وتداعياته على دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيس إلى تحليل البرنامج النووي الإيراني وتداعياته على دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وذلك في إطار السعي الإيراني للحصول على القدرات النووية، وبيان مدى تأثير هذا البرنامج على منطقة الخليج من خلال إدراك دول المجلس بأنها ستتعرض للمخاطر السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية والبيئية بحكم معطيات الحدود المشتركة بين إيران ودول الخليج العربي، بناء على ذلك انطلقت الدراسة من سؤال بحثي رئيسي مفاده: ما هو آثر البرنامج النووي الإيراني على دول الخليج العربي؟ وقامت الدراسة على فرضية رئيسية مفادها: إن هنالك تأثير سلبي للبرنامج النووي الإيراني أمنيا وسياسيا، وعبئا اقتصاديا على منطقة الخليج العربي نتيجة ما يحققه لإيران من أهداف، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن البرنامج النووي الإيراني والاتفاق حوله مع القوى الدولية سيؤدي إلى جعل إيران قوة نووية في المنطقة، وهو ما خلق فرض وقائع جديدة في سباق التسلح في الأسلحة التقليدية في المنطقة حتى قبل إبرام الاتفاق عام 2015م، وهو أكثر أهمية من سباق التسلح النووي لإمكان توظيف هذه الأسلحة واستخدامها على عكس السلاح النووي الذي تقتصر أهميته على الردع فقط، وهو ما يشكل تهديدا حقيقيا للمصالح القومية لدول الخليج، خاصة وأن إيران تطمح للاضطلاع بأدوار إقليمية مؤثرة في دول الجوار الخليجي، ونفوذ يتجاوز القرب الجغرافي، ويتوافق مع مصالحها الحيوية في منطقة الخليج.
