أدوار الذكور والإناث في الأسرة الأردنية: دراسة استطلاعية

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أدوار الذكور والإناث في المجتمع الأردني. تم تنفيذ الدراسة من خلال توزيع استبانة على (3000) مسكن مختار عشوائيا بالتعاون مع دائرة الإحصاءات العامة. وتم اختيار الجماعات المركزة بحيث تمثل مختلف الشرائح الاجتماعية (الحضر، الريف، البادية) حيث بلغ عدد هذه الجماعات عشرة مجموعات، وزعت على الأقاليم المملكة الثلاث. بالإضافة الى تنفيذ 20 مقابلة مع قادة الرأي العام في المجتمع الأردني مثل رؤساء وزراء سابقين، وأمناء عامين، وناشطات وناشطين في مجال قضايا المرأة، صحفيين، نواب، وغيرهم. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هنالك استمرار للصورة النمطية لأدوار الذكور و الإناث على الرغم من وجود مؤشرات تغير في مختلف المجالات، حيث اظهرت النتائج أن هيمنة الرجل في اتخاذ القرارات الأسرية قد تغيرت بشكل واضح نحو التشاركية وتفعيل أكثر لدور المرأة داخل الأسرة، إلا فيما يتعلق بالإنفاق حيث يظهر بوضوح دور الرجل في اتخاذ القرارات بهذا الشأن. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود تأييد لتأخير سن زواج الفتاة إلى ما بعد 23 عاما، والذي انعكس بوجود دور واضح للابنة فيما يتعلق باتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة بها مثل الزواج والتعليم وطريقة اللباس واختيارها لصديقاتها مع استمرار وجود تدخل للأب والأم مقارنة بالأبن والذي يتمتع بدور أكبر في اتخاذ القرارات التي تخصه.
