The Role of Community Colleges in Developing Creativity and Innovation Skills of Vocational Students ( The University College of Applied Science as a Case Study)

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف دور كليات المجتمع في تنمية مهارات الابتكار والإبداع لدى الطلاب والطالبات الملتحقين في برامجها المهنية من وجهة نظرهم وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، العمر، المحافظة)، وذلك في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2018/2019. إضافة إلى إلقاء الدراسة ضوءًا على الجهود التي تبذلها كليات المجتمع من أجل تطوير مهارات الابتكار والإبداع في برامجهم المهنية المختلفة. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج التحليلي الوصفي. كذلك طُوّر استبيان كأداة للدراسة وتوزيعه على مجتمع الدراسة وتحليله باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي. من أهم نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي لجميع عناصر الاستبيان يصل إلى (3.98). وعليه، فإن الوزن النسبي هو (79.65). وهذا يعني وجود اتفاق كبير على بنود الاستبيان على نحو عام. وتخلص الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة في جميع مجالات الاستبيان لدور الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية في تطوير مهارات الابتكار والإبداع لدى الطلاب المهنيين وفقاً لوجهات نظرهم، التي تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة باستثناء العمر والمحافظة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة توفير مجموعة إضافية من المرافق المادية والمعنوية في بيئة المؤسسة المهنية، التي تدعم تعزيز مهارات الإبداع والابتكار لدى الطلاب. كذلك توصي بتدعيم دور الكادر التعليمي في تلك المؤسسات من التقنيين والأكاديميين والمناهج المهنية، وتطوير الممارسات الإدارية والسياسات داخل أقسام التعليم المهني في هذة الكليات
