التكيف الاقتصادي للاجئين في الجزائر: دراسة مقارنة للمهاجرين السوريين والماليين

وعلاقتها بخصائصهم الشخصية والوظيفية. تم جمع المعلومات باستخدام مقابلة نصف موجهة مع 127 مهاجرا يعيشون في مناطق حضرية لمدة تسعة أشهر) من شهر نيسان الى شهر كانون أول 2016(. كما تم تطبيق البحث بالاعتماد على نمودج مونتغومري والدي يضم عناصر العائد الشهري، أفضل عائد شهري، متوسط عدد ساعات العمل في الشهر، متوسط عدد الأشهر في السنة، وعدد أدوات الترفيه التي يحوزها المهاجرون. بينت النتائج حصول المهاجرين السوريين على أجرة صافية وعوائد أكبر، أنهم يعملون عدد أيام أكبر، ويملكون عدد وسائل ترفيه اكبر بالمقارنة مع نظرائهم الماليين. بالمقابل، تم تسجيل وجود تقارب في عدد الأشهر التي يشتغلونها في السنة لدى كل من المهاجرين السوريين والماليين. بالاضافة الى دلك، بينت النتائج بأن المهاجرين السوررين الرجال أكثر تفضيلا في العمل مقارنة بالماليين. بالاضافة الى دلك، تم تسجيل عدم وجود فروق دالة في الحصول على العمل لدى الجنسين. في نفس الاتجاه من النتائج، أوضحت البيانات بأن المهاجرين السوريين الدين بحوزون على مستوى تعليمي أدنى ويعملون كعمال يتكيفون بصعوبة. من شأن هده النتائج أن تساعد واضعي السياسات من اتخاد القرارات المناسبة التي تدفع الى الرفع من مستوى التكيف الاقتصادي للمهاجرين في الجزائر.
