الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر حالة الصراع وعدم الانسجام بين القوى السياسية والاجتماعية الليبية الداخلية، في استمرارية الأزمة الليبية وتطورها بين عامي 2014-2018، وفشل جميع المبادرات السياسية المطروحة لحلّها.
المنهجية: جرت دراسة الموضوع من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي القائم على تحليل البيانات والتصريحات الصادرة عن القوى الفاعلة في مسار الأزمة ومواءمتها مع واقع سير الأحداث.
النتائج: بيّنت الدراسة أن العامل الرئيس في استمرار الأزمة الليبية وتطورها يرتبط بالدرجة الأولى برفض جميع قوى الصراع الليبية الداخلية وخاصة الإسلامية والليبرالية لكلّ محاولات الاتفاق السياسي المطروحة، وسعي كلٍّ منها إلى الانفراد بالسلطة وإقصاء الآخر ورفض مبدأ التعددية السياسية.
الخلاصة: تشكّلت الأزمة الليبية 2014-2018 بفعل ما ورثته ليبيا بعد ثورة عام 2011، من سلطة ضعيفة عجزت عن فرض سيادة الدولة وهيبتها على جميع أنحاء البلاد، مما أدّى إلى اشتعال الصراع بين كافة القوى السياسية والاجتماعية الليبية الداخلية وانتشار حالة الحرب الأهلية، ساعد في تطورها تدخُّلُ القوى الخارجية وخاصة الأوروبية الطامعة بالثروات الليبية .
