الملخص

الأهداف: تحليل توجهات السياسة الخارجية الأردنية، وتفسير مستوى تأثير محددات التغيير في السياسة الخارجية الأردنية تجاه الصراع في سوريا خلال الفترة 2011-2020.

المنهج: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وجرى استخدام المنهج في وصف التطورات والأحداث في سوريا منذ عام 2011 المؤثرة في السياسية الخارجية الأردنية، ودراسة وتحليل المحددات التي أثرت في عملية التغيير في السياسة الخارجية الأردنية تجاه الصراع في سوريا منذ عام 2011.

النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التغيير في السياسة الخارجية الأردنية تجاه الصراع في سوريا ارتبط إلى حد كبير بقدرة صانع القرار على تحليل معطيات وتداعيات الأحداث في سوريا وتأثيرها في المصالح الوطنية الأردنية، وتقاطعها مع مصالح الفاعلين الدوليين والإقليميين (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، روسيا، إيران، تركيا) ومستوى دورها في الصراع السوري.

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة الى إن عناصر قوة الدولة الأردنية تكمن في تبني مبدأ السلام العادل واحترام خصوصيات الدول ومصالحها وحق شعوبها في تقرير مصيرها، وبأن الحوار هو أفضل سبل التفاهم بين الأمم والجماعات الداخلية المتنازعة
