Methods of Family Dispute Management from the Perspective of Wives in the North of Jordan

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أساليب إدارة النزاع العائلي من وجهة نظر الزوجات في إقليم شمال الأردن، والتعرف أيضًا على مصادر النزاع. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، صممت استبانة لجمع البيانات، وتكوّنت عيّنة الدراسة من (315) امرأة متزوجة، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن للمرأة دور متوسط في استخدام أساليب إدارة النزاع العائلي، فالغالبية العظمى منهنّ يواجهنّه بأسلوب الصمت وعدم المواجهه، ثم يلية أسلوب الحوار والنقاش، وأسلوب العنف، والوساطة. في حين حصلت مصادر النزاع العائلي (الخلافات المادية، حجم الأسرة داخل البيت الواحد، وتدخل الأهل والأقارب في حياة الزوجين)، على متوسط حسابي مرتفع. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=a) للمتغيرات المستقلة عدد الأبناء في الأسرة، مكان السكن، المستوى التعليمي للزوجة، المحافظة، مهنة الزوجة على مجالات الدراسة المختلفة.
