الملخص

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل آثار الأزمة الصحية لفيروس كورونا على التفاعلات الدولية خصوصا من منظور التفسيرات النظرية لنظريات العلاقات الدولية، وذلك من خلال تحليل آثار هذه الأزمة على التفاعلات الواقعية للعلاقات الدولية وابعادها النظرية.

المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة على أدوات المنهج الوصفي في توصيف السياسة الدولية من منظور النظريات المختلفة في الميدان وكذا المنهج التحليلي في تحليل الأحداث الدولية المعاصرة وتبيان ما حدث من تغيير في التفسيرات والافتراضات النظرية بعد أزمة كورونا.

النتائج: رغم كون أزمة كورونا أزمة صحية بالأساس، إلا أنها قد أثرت في التفاعلات بين الدول خصوصا الكبرى منها. وعليه،مسار التحليل النظري للعلاقات الدولية تباعا. فقد أدت إلى التراجع عن العديد من المسلمات النظرية التي حكمت التفاعلات الدولية في فترات سابقة، حيث أكدت أن حالة الصراع والشك بين الدول هي حالة مستمرة لا يمكن إنكارها. كما أكدت أيضا على الدور الحيوي للدولة الوطنية في السياقين الوطني والدولي.

الخلاصة: أوصت الدراسة بالتأكيد على أهمية التعاون الدولي كخيار ملح للتعامل مع المخاطر الجديدة في ظل العولمة قصد حماية الإنسانية جمعاء من مثل هذه المخاطر.
