الملخص

الأهداف: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف درجة شيوع المشكلات الاجتماعيّة والدراسيّة، والصحيّة، والنفسيّة لدى طلبة الجامعات الفلسطينيّة وتحديد الفروق في مستوى هذه المشكلات تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، والسنة الدراسيّة، ومكان السكن، والتخصص الدراسيّ، ومكان الدراسة.

المنهجية: وتكونت عيّنة الدراسة من (900) طالب وطالبة موزعين على أربع جامعات، وهي: جامعة القدس، وجامعة الخليل، وجامعة بيرزيت، وجامعة فلسطين الأهلية. وجرى جمع البيانات باستخدام استبانة تضمن (45) سؤالًا.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أنّ أكثر المشاكل شيوعًا هي المشكلات الصحيّة، إذ بلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي (3.06)، ثم يليها المشكلات الاجتماعيّة والنفسيّة بمتوسطات حسابيّة على التوالي (2.94، 2.81). أيضًا أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة في مستوى المشكلات الاجتماعيّة تبعًاًا لمتغير الجنس أو مكان السكن أو التخصص الدراسي. بينما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة في مستوى المشكلات تبعًا لمتغير السنة الدراسيّة لصالح السنة الأولى، ومكان الدراسة لصالح جامعة القدس.

التوصيات: جاءت نتائج هذه الدراسة لتؤكد على العديد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة الاهتمام بصحة الطالب/ة الجسديّة والنفسيّة من خلال عمل نشاطات تركز على التوعية الصحيّة حول الأمراض التي من الممكن أن يتعرض لها الطالب/ة، وكيفية التعامل مع هذه الأمراض. أيضًا لا بدّ من الاهتمام بإنشاء مراكز للخدمات النفسيّة والاجتماعيّة في حرم كلّ جامعة ليستطيع طلبة الجامعة التوجه لأخذ الإرشادات/ الاستشارات/ العلاج. أمّا من الناحية الاجتماعيّة، فلا بدّ من عمل نشاطات تهدف إلى دمج الطلبة الجدد في الحياة الجامعيّة.
