الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أهم المعوقات الأكاديمية والتقنية التي تقابل التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كوفيد-19 من وجهة نظر طلبة قسم الاتصال والإعلام بجامعة الملك فيصل.
المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة الوصفية على المنهج المسحي، واستخدمت أداة الاستبيان للحصول على المعلومات من عينة الدراسة التي بلغت 251 مفردة، أخذت عن طريق الاحتمال العشوائي البسيط. و من أهم التساؤلات التي طرحت على أفراد عينة الدراسة ما أهم المعوقات التقنية والأكاديمية التي تقابل العملية التعليمية في ظل جائحة كوفيد-19.
النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج ، من أهمها: أن 40.2% من أفراد العينة يوافقون على أن المنصة الإلكترونية في الجامعة تعمل بالصورة المطلوبة، و 30.7% من أفراد العينة موافقون على أن محاضرات التعليم عن بعد تكون أحياناً في أوقات غير مناسبه بالنسبة للطلبة.
الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى إيجاد الحلول لجميع الصعوبات التقنية التي تقابل الطلبة أثناء المحاضرات والاختبارات من قبل قسم الدعم الفني بالجامعة، وضع معايير واضحة وثابتة بالنسبة للتقديرات والعلامات المستخدمة في التعليم عن بعد وشرحها للطلبة من قبل مصممي البرامج الأكاديمية بالكلية.
