دور المشروعات الصغيرة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية في فلسطين

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف واقع المشروعات الصغيرة في المجتمع الفلسطيني، ومدى مساهمة هذه المشروعات في الحد من معدلات البطالة والفقر وتحسين مستوى المعيشة للأفراد. كما هدفت الدراسة أيضًا إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الجهات المختصة في تقديم الدعم المالي للمشاريع الصغيرة.
المنهجية: اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بإجراء 7 مقابلات مع ذوي العلاقة والاختصاص في مجال دعم المشروعات الصغيرة بالإضافة إلى توزيع (106) استبانة على أصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة، علاوة على استخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى.
النتائج: أشارت النتائج إلى أن المشروعات الصغيرة ساهمت في محاربة البطالة من خلال إيجاد بدائل عن الوظائف الحكومية والأهلية. كما اتضح أن الجهات الحكومية عملت على تفعيل آلية التنسيق والتعاون مع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص وذلك لضمان التوافق والتكامل في النشاطات والبرامج التي تقدم للمشاريع الصغيرة.
الخلاصة: تمهد هذه الدراسة الطريق لأبحاث مستقبلية تهدف إلى دراسة موضوع التنمية الاقتصادية. أشارت النتائج إلى أن السياسات التنموية الشاملة يجب أن تأخذ في الاعتبار القدرات المحلية والحاجات الفعلية للمجتمع الفلسطيني لتحديد طبيعة الفرص المتاحة لرواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشروعات الصغيرة.
