الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على التغلغل الإسرائيلي والإيراني في أفريقيا وآثاره على العالم العربي، وأهدافه وآلياته.
المنهجية: جرى إتباع المنهج التاريخي، والوصفي التحليلي، والمقارن , وذلك من خلال من خلال تتبع عملية الاختراق من بداياتها إلى امتداداتها اللاحقة ، وتحديد ووصف خصائص هذا التسلل ، وتحليل أجزائه ، وإظهار أوجه التشابه والاختلاف في عملية التسلل.
النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية الأهداف السياسية والاقتصادية والاستراتيجية ، وكذلك الأهداف المتعلقة بالأمن ، التي يسعى إليها كل من التسلل الإسرائيلي والإيراني في إفريقيا. وتتمثل أهدافهم فيما يلي في منع فلسطين من الحصول على اعتراف دولي بوجودها وجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية إلى إيران. بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، توصلت الدراسة إلى الآليات التي تستخدمها إسرائيل وإيران للتسلل إلى إفريقيا مثل إقامة علاقات دبلوماسية بين إسرائيل والدول الأفريقية ، وإنشاء سفارات ، وإنشاء قاعدة عسكرية بالقرب من حدود جيبوتي.
الخلاصة: العمل على زيادة التعاون والتنسيق مع الدول الأفريقية في مختلف المجالات،وتعزيز التعاون الأمني والاستراتيجي بين الدول العربية وخاصة مصر والسعودية والسودان، لمواجهة خطر التسلل الإيراني في إفريقيا.
