السَّرقاتُ الأدبيَّةُ والتناص: دراسةٌ مقارَنة

الأهداف: هدفت هذه الدراسةُ إلى تَتَبُّع أوجُهِ التشابُهِ والافتراقِ بين السرقات الأدبيَّة والتناص، والوقوفِ على طبيعةِ استخدام هذين المفهومين في الدراسات؛ بُغيَةَ تحديدِ خصائصهما على مستوى التطبيق وتعرُّفِ مدى حضور مفهوم التناص في النقد العربي القديم.
المنهجيَّة: اعتمدت الدراسةُ مناهجَ بحثية متعدِّدةً تكاملت في ما بينها، مركِّزةً على المنهج التحليليِّ المقارَن الذي وقف على محوري البحث (السرقات الأدبية والتناص)، ثمَّ المنهجِ التاريخي، ثمَّ المنهجِ الوصفيِّ التحليلي حيث وصِفَت وحُلِّلَت ظاهرتا السرقات الأدبيَّة والتناص.
النتائج: أوضحت الدراسةُ علاقةَ السرقات الأدبيَّة بالتناص عند القدماء من حيثُ انفصالُهُما واتِّصالُهُما، مُبَيِّنَةً حضورَ مفهوم التناص في النقد العربيِّ القديم على نحو جليّ، وَمُؤكِّدَةً -في الوقتِ نفسِه- اختلافَ هذين المفهومين تِبعًا لطبيعةِ استخدامهما في الدراسات ذاتِ الصِّلة، فضلًا عن تأكيدِها ضرورةَ اختيار وسائل الكَشف عن السَّرقة الأدبيَّة لوضع حدٍّ لهذه الظاهرة المتفشية في الأوساط العلميَّة، مع ضرورة فضح المتورِّطين فيها.
الخلاصة: ضرورةُ التفريق بين مصطلحَي السرقات الأدبيَّة والتناص من حيثُ اختلافُ منهجَيْهِما انطلاقًا من النصوص على امتداد التراث الأدبي العربي؛ بغية الوصول إلى تصوُّر النقد العربي القديم لهذه المفاهيم بالاعتماد على علاقة النصِّ الشِّعريِّ بالنصوص الأخرى. وتوصي هذه الدارسة بالاهتمامِ بقواعد كتابة البحث العلمي وقوانينها، بما في ذلك الاستدلالُ والاقتباسُ والإسنادُ إلى المراجع الموثوقة.
