الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف إلى العوامل المؤثرة في المشاركة السياسية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين ذوي الإعاقة في الأردن، والتعرف إلى خبراتهم والمعيقات والعوامل المؤثرة المتعلقة بالمشاركة السياسية من وجهة نظرهم.

المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج المختلط عن طريق استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجزء الكمي والمقابلات المُنظمة في الجزء النوعي.

النتائج: تشير النتائج إلى أن الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة يظهرون مشاركة سياسية متوسطة، وتأثير العوامل المختلفة يتراوح بين درجات متقاربة. العوامل الأكاديمية كان لها أكبر تأثير، تليها العوامل النفسية والتشريعية والاجتماعية، بينما كان للعوامل الإدارية تأثير أقل. لم يكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بناءً على الجنس والكلية والمستوى التعليمي. ولكن، كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً بناءً على نوع الإعاقة والإقليم، حيث كانت فئة الإعاقات الأُخرى وإقليم الشمال يظهران فروقًا. في المقابلات، كشفت التحديات مثل غياب الرغبة في المشاركة السياسية وقلة الخدمات والاتجاهات الاجتماعية. تلعب هذه التحديات دورًا مهمًّا في مشاركة الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة في الحياة السياسية الجامعية في الجامعات الأردنية.

الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك عدة عوامل تؤثر في مشاركة الطلاب الجامعيين ذوي الإعاقة في الحياة السياسية كالقوانين والسياسات، والدعم الأكاديمي، وتوفير بيئة جامعية شاملة، كما تبين الدراسة أن العوامل النفسية والتحديات الاجتماعية تؤثر في مدى استعدادهم للمشاركة. تقترح التوصيات تعزيز التشريعات، وضمان استقلالية هيئات الانتخاب، وتعزيز دور الجامعات في توفير بيئة جامعية شاملة.
