الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى اكتشاف مستوى ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة لأبعاد القيادة التكيفية، وأنماط اتخاذ القرار من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، إضافة إلى تعرُّف طبيعة العلاقة بين أبعاد القيادة التكيفية وأنماط اتخاذ القرار، كما سعت إلى الكشف عن القدرة التنبؤية لأبعاد القيادة التكيفية بأنماط اتخاذ القرار.

المنهجية: استُخدم المنهج الوصفي (المسحي: التنبؤي) عبر تطبيق استبانة شارك بها 266 عضوًا.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أنَّ رؤساء الأقسام يمارسون القيادة التكيفية بدرجة مرتفعة (م= 3.98). كما أنَّ النمط العقلاني كان الأكثر شيوعًا، ثم التابع، يليه الحدسي، فالمتجنب، وأخيرًا التلقائي. وأنَّ العلاقة موجبة بين أبعاد القيادة التكيفية الستة والنمط العقلاني، في حين أسهمَت المتغيرات المستقلة لأبعاد القيادة التكيفية الستة بالتنبؤ بالنمط العقلاني.

الخلاصة: هناك حاجة إلى تمكين قادة الجامعات عبر منحهم مزيدًا من الصلاحيات، وتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية
