الاهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة الاغتراب في العمل وارتكاب العاملين للسلوكيات المنحرفة في المنظمات التي يعملون بها.
المنهجية: تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وتكونت عينة الدراسة (270) موظفا بأسلوب العينة غير الاحتمالية الميسرة من العاملين في قطاع البلديات وشركة الفوسفات الأردنية في قطاع الجنوب.
النتائج: وأظهرت النتائج أن العلاقة بين الاغتراب في العمل وارتكاب السلوك المنحرف هي علاقة طردية، وأن مستوى الاغتراب في العمل ومستوى السلوك المنحرف جاءت بمستوى متوسط وبأوساط حسابية(3.069)،(2.485)على التوالي، ووجود فروق في مستوى الاغتراب في العمل باختلاف متغير النوع الاجتماعي ولصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق تبعاً لمتغيرات(العمر، الدخل الشهري، العقوبات الوظيفية)، وكذلك وجود فروق في مستوى السلوك المنحرف ولصالح الذكور ومن الفئة العمرية (31-40) و(41-50).
الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة في إعادة النظر في الأجور الشهرية للعاملين وإشراكهم في صنع القرارات داخل المنظمات التي يعملون بها، وتكليفهم بالأعمال التي تتناسب مع مؤهلاتهم.
