الملخص

الأهداف: سعت الدراسة للكشف عن محتوى التمايزات الجندرية البين جيلية لدى الآباء والأمهات، والأبناء ذكور والإناث، وقياس المسافة الجندرية بين التمايزات الجندرية البين جيلية، بناء على معيار "النزعة المساواتية"، وعلاقة الخصائص الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والديموغرافية، ومحتوى التمايزات الجندرية البين جيلية لدى الآباء والأبناء.

المنهجية: اعتمدت منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة تضمنت (1000) طالب وطالبة، وتضمنت عينة أولياء الأمور (1000) من آباء وأمهات، واعتمدت الاستبانة أداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، والحزم الإحصائية (Spss) لتحليلها.

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن الآباء والأبناء الذكور يمتلكون تمايزات تقليدية، بينما الأمهات والإناث يمتلكن التمايزات الجندرية الليبرالية، وكشفت الدراسة أن المسافة الجيلية بين الآباء والأمهات والأبناء ذكور وإناث متواضعة للغاية. لقد أظهرت الدراسة عن وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) لجميع متغيرات الدراسة باستثناء متغير الحالة العملية لأولياء الأمور.

التوصيات: خلق بيئة تنافسية في كافة قطاعات المجتمع تقوم على معيار الكفاءة والجدارة، والعمل على تغيير المفاهيم في الثقافة السائدة من خلال التعليم والإعلام.
