الملخص

الأهداف: التعرف إلى مدى رضا اللاجئين السوريين عن خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي المقدمة من المنظمات في مدينة عمان، وأهم التحديات التي تواجه اللاجئين السوريين في الحصول على تلك الخدمات.

المنهجية: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لملائمته أهداف البحث، وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة المتاحة (المتيسرة) من اللاجئين السوريين متلقي الخدمة من المنظمات في مدينة عمان، والبالغ عددهم (161) مبحوثاً، واستخدم الإحصاء الوصفي (النسب المئوية ،وأساليب إحصائية متقدمة).

النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى رضا اللاجئين السوريين عن خدمات الدعم النفسي المقدمة من المنظمات ذات مستوى مرتفع خاصة فيما يتعلق بإكساب اللاجئ سلوكيات إيجابية يستطيع من خلالها تجاوز ما يمر به من ظروف نفسية أثرت عليه جراء اللجوء، وتبين أن مستوى رضا اللاجئين السوريين عن خدمات الدعم الاجتماعي المقدمة من المنظمات مرتفعاً، حيث جاءت البرامج الاجتماعية المتعددة التي تحفز اللاجئين السوريين للاستفادة منها في مقدمة خدمات الدعم الاجتماعي. وكشفت النتائج أن هنالك مستوًى متوسطًا من التحديات التي تواجه اللاجئين السوريين في مدينة عمان تحول دون حصولهم على خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، إضافة إلى مستوًى مرتفع في بعض التحديات المتمثلة بمتابعة مشكلات نفسية واجتماعية محددة وليست جميعها، وأن فهم عادات مجتمع اللاجئين السوريين لا يشكل الحافز لهم للإقبال على خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى رضا اللاجئين السوريين عن خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي في مدينة عمان تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي والحالة الصحية).

خلاصة الدراسة: بالنظر إلى مجمل نتائج أسئلة الدراسة، فإن اللاجئين السورين يشعرون بالرضا عن خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي المقدمة لهم في ضوء ما يتعرضون له من تحديات.
