الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة ماهية العنف الواقع على المرأة ذات الإعاقة في بيئة العمل، وأشكال العنف الذي تتعرض له، والتمييز الحاصل ضدها وتداعياته ومصادره في بيئة العمل في المجتمع الأردني

المنهجية: تم استخدام المنهج النوعي، واختيار عينة قصدية من النساء ذوات الإعاقة، بلغ قوامها (15) امرأة يعملن في المصانع الأردنية، وتم بناء دليل للمقابلة الفردية كأداة رئيسية في الدراسة.

النتائج: توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: إن النساء ذوات الإعاقة في بيئة العمل يتعرضن لأشكال عنف مختلفة منها العنف الجسدي، والعنف اللفظي والعنف المعنوي والعنف النفسي والتمييز الذي أثر عليهن في بيئة العمل وأصبحن يشعرن بالإحباط، والقلق، والاكتئاب، وتأثرن اجتماعياً واقتصادياً، كما بينت الدراسة أن من أهم مصادر العنف الذي تتعرض له المرأة ذات الإعاقة في العمل من الموظفين الزملاء، وبعض الرؤساء الذين لا يقومون بأخذ أي إجراء للدفاع عنهن.

الخلاصة: إن النساء ذوات الإعاقة في العمل يتعرضن لأشكال مختلفة من العنف والتمييز، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى آثار سلبية نفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية، وأن زملاء العمل وبعض الرؤساء يشكلون مصادر رئيسية لهذا العنف مع غياب الحماية اللازمة.
