This study attempted to identify two sholars from the founders Arabic syntactic, namely: Sibawayh and Yunus bin Habib. He highlighted Sibawayh silence positions on the Syntactically views of Yunus bin Habib in "The Book", as a close Syntactically relationship between them was evident, which contributed to the emergence of Sibawayh Syntactically personality, and then the formation of an integrated Syntactically book considered the history of the Arabic book. This study tried to clarify Sibawayh positions by revealing aspects of his vision of Yunus views in his Syntactically positions, and the extent to which these positions are compatible and different with Syntactically rules. Sibawayh silence positions varied, as the were manifested in three positions; The first: Sibawayh silence positions and carried on approval. The second: Sibawayh silence positions and carried on opposition. the third: Sibawayh silence positions which cannot be construed for approval or opposition. Some of Yunus bin Habib Syntactically views had a clear impact on the Syntactically lesson, and this is evidence of its importance, even if Sibawayh didn’t express his position on it.
