Abstract

Objectives: This research deals with the statement of the legal rulings of the mandate for a number of actions resulting from the financial relations of Muslims with others in buying and selling.

Methods: The study used the inductive approach, the analytical method, and the deductive approach, by extrapolating the images of financial transactions in buying and selling, collecting statements and evidence from the books of the approved schools of jurisprudence, then analyzing them, and deducing jurisprudential rulings through them.

Results: The study found that Sharia ensures that harm is lifted from people in their financial relations, and that it is not permissible to cooperate on forbidden matters, whether in selling, buying or others, and one of the forbidden forms in financial relations is selling a Muslim to sell his brother, buying him to buy his brother, and marking him on his brother's son as well as buying goods and storing them when people need them, to sell them at a high price to achieve a great gain in exchange for harming people. All of this has spread in new forms at this time.

Conclusions: Islamic law called for cooperation in all that is in the interest and benefit of people in their financial dealings, especially in buying and selling, and forbade and warned against everything that may cause conflict, division, or call for harming others
