Fundamental Rules Related to Blocking the Pretext: Fundamental Study of Glass Applications

Objectives: This study addresses certain fundamental principles related to blocking means (Sadd al-Dhara'i), aiming to elucidate the true nature of these principles, identify the main guidelines for applying these principles, list the most important principles, and highlight their impact on various contemporary applications.
Methods: This study adopted the descriptive and applied methodology based on induction. Scientific material was collected according to the principles of scientific research to ultimately reach appropriate solutions that align with the requirements of our modern era and do not contradict the fundamental tenets of our lenient Sharia.
Results: The study reached several conclusions, the most notable being the clarification of the fundamental principle related to blocking means. It was found that scholars have established guidelines for applying these principles. The study also identified the most important fundamental principles related to blocking means, and their impact was evident in several contemporary applications.
Conclusions: The study highlighted the theoretical aspect in contemporary practical applications, including (sperm and egg banks), (reverse murabaha), and (judicial divorce).
