Objectives: This study aimed to identify the role of digital media campaigns in the parliamentary elections for the twentieth House of Representatives, from the point of view of Jordanian voters.
Methods: This descriptive research relied on the survey methodology, where a questionnaire was distributed to 704 Jordanian voters in various governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The questionnaire served as the primary tool for data collection.
Results: The study found that the most frequently used campaigns by candidates for the Jordanian House of Representatives were social media campaigns and website campaigns. Among the most utilized platforms were Facebook and Instagram. Digital media campaigns were found to effectively deliver information about candidates' programs. These campaigns heavily emphasized the candidates' strengths to persuade voters, with persuasion being the most common method used to attract voter interest.
Conclusion: The majority of Jordanian voters actively followed the digital media campaigns during the electoral process for the candidates of the twentieth House of Representatives.
