الملخص

الأهداف: تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان حقيقة تقنية "شات جي بي تي" وطبيعة عمله، وتوضيح الضوابط الفقهية العامة لاستخدامه، والضَّوابط الفقهيَّة الخاصَّة بـ “المُحتَوى"،" المُستخدِم" و" المُطِّورين" "والمُبَرمجين"، اختبار صلاحية ودقة بياناته في كل مجال من المجالات الآتية: (الفتوى، ترجمة النصوص الشرعية، علوم الحديث)، من خلال إجراء تقييم اختباريّ تطبيقيّ عمليّ لهذه التقنية؛ لإثبات بعض نتائج هذه الدراسة.

المنهجية: اتّبعت الدراسة كلاًّ من المنهج الاستقرائيّ والتحليليّ والتطبيقيّ، وذلك باستقراء المادة العلمية، وتحليلها، وإجراء تقييم اختباريّ تطبيقيّ عمليّ لهذه التقنية في بعض مجالات العلوم الشرعية.

النتائج: يُعد النظر المقاصدي القائم على الموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد، من أهم الضَّوابط الإرشادية لاستخدام هذه التقنية، تجنب أخذ الفتوى من "شات جي بي تي"؛ لعدم تحقق شروط المفتي، ترجمته للنصوص الشرعية خالية من العُمق الفقهي المقصود شرعا، أثبت بعض الضَّعف وقصور عِلمِه وفِهمه والخطأ في خوارزمياته في مجال علوم الحديث من حيث الروايات وسندها.

الخلاصة: أهمية ابتكار تقنية مشابهة لـ “شات جي بي تي"، ولكن بسياسات وبرمجيات تنبثق من ضوابط الشريعة وأصولها المُعتبَرة، تعزيز دور الشباب المسلم في استخدامه ضمن الضَّوابط الشرعية.
