مواجهة العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي في الجامعات: دراسة في التشريعات الخاصّة بالجامعة الأردنيّة

تهدف هذة الدراسة إلى تحديد النصوص التشريعية التي تسهم في مواجهة العنف المبنى على النوع الاجتماعي وتحد منه في الفضاء الجامعي للجامعة الأردنية، وقد اتضح أن التشريعات الخاصة بالجامعة قد استندت إلى الرابطة بين الشخص والجامعة عند تحديد قواعد السلوك في الفضاء الجامعي، مثل الرابطة الوظيفية لعضو هيئة التدريس ، والرابطة الأكاديمية للطالب، وأن تبني هذا المعيار في العلاقة بين الأشخاص والجامعة أوجد فجوة تشريعية في منظومة التشريعات الخاصة بالجامعة، الأمر الذي قد يحد من إسهام تلك التشريعات في مواجهة العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي في الفضاء الجامعي. توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: تكرار النصوص التي تواجه العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي وتشابهها من حيث المضمون، وأن تعديل بعضها يستوجب تعديل النصوص المشابهة لها. عدم وجود نصوص في التشريعات الخاصة بالجامعة الأردنية تحمي الفضاء الجامعي من أعمال العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي التي يرتكبها أشخاص لا تربطهم بالجامعة الأردنية أي رابطة. أن شبكة المواصلات داخل الحرم الجامعي تعجز عن تلبية احتياجات طلبة الجامعة، الأمر الذي قد دفع بعضهم إلى التنقل داخل الحرم الجامعي مع أشخاص لا يعرفونهم بمركبات خاصة، وأن ذلك قد يزيد من احتمالية تعرض أولئك الطلبة إلى العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي لا سيما العنف الجنسي أثناء التنقل.
