المنهج النبوي في تعزيز الثقة عند الآخرين: دراسة تحليلية

تهدف الدراسة الى الوقوف على الأساليب النبوية في تعامله مع أصحابه فقد طبق النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- نظريات من شأنها التعويض وجبر الخاطر، وتخفيف الألم وتعزية المصاب، وحث المبادر على إخراج أنشطته، وهو منهج علمي تطبيقي وليس منهجاً نظرياً مبتورا عن الواقع. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي لاستقراء وسائل تعزيز الثقة من النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم-للرعية؛ فعنونت لها بعناوين خاصة تندرج تحتها مسميات التعزيز، وذكرت تحت كل عنوان طائفة من أحاديث المصطفى -صلى الله عليه وسلم-تصلح منهجا تربويا وتقعيدا إسلاميا لهكذا دراسات. توصلت الدراسة الى أن منهج التعزيز النبوي منهج رصين، يثري النفس وينمي الشعور بالعمل المفيد، ويحث على الإبداع ويخلق الطموح والتميز، وهو منهج عملي تطبيقي ولم يكن تنظيرياً تقعيداً فحسب. و توصلت ايضا الى أن التعزيز ينقسم إلى إيجابي وسلبي؛ فكما يكون التشجيع والتحفيز نحو الفعل الجاد والعمل الطيب؛ فهناك تعزيز سلبي من خلال التنفير من المنكرات، وذم العمل السيئ واقتراف المعاصي والبعد عن الحرام. توصي الدراسة بأهمية تطبيق المنهج النبوي في جميع الدراسات الأخرى، وعدم الاقتصار على الجانب التربوي، أو التعليمي فحسب؛ بل على الجانب النفسي والعاطفي والروحي.
