الأهداف: يهدف البحث إلى بيان المقصود بعبارة "ضوابط مراعاة الترتيب في باب الصلاة"، واستقراء هذه الضوابط والعمل على حصر ضوابط مراعاة الترتيب، وذكر الضوابط التي اختلف فيها.
المنهجية: اعتمد البحث على ثلاثة مناهج، وهي: المنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج الاستنباطي، وتم فيها تتبع المادة العلمية في باب الصلاة عند مذهب الحنفية، وبيان أٌقسام مراعاة الترتيب في باب الصلاة عندهم، وأدلة كل قسم، وحصر ضوابط مراعاة الترتيب بين قضاء الصلاة الفائتة، وأداء الوقتية، والتطبيق عليها، وتعريف مصطلح "مراعاة الترتيب".
النتائج: يُعرف مركب "ضوابط مراعاة الترتيب في الصلاة" بأنه: ما اختص في الاعتداد بإيراد الأشياء على الوجه الذي أوجبها به الشارع في الصلاة، وتبين أن أقسام مراعاة الترتيب في الصلاة عند الحنفية خمسة، وهي: الترتيب في وقت أداء الصلاة، وبين قضاء الفائتة وأداء الوقتية، وبين الفوائت، وبين أفعال داخل الصلاة من ركوع وسجود وهكذا، وفيما لا علاقة له في الوقت وأفعال داخل الصلاة.
أما ضوابط مراعاة الترتيب عند الحنفية، فهي: أن الترتيب بين الفائتة وفرض الوقت مستحق واجب، أما الترتيب بين الفوائت فهو شرط لجواز الأداء مما يؤدي لبطلان الصلاة حال عدم مراعاته. ويسقط الترتيب في حالات معينة نص عليها الحنفية. وإذا سقط الترتيب لم تجب مراعاته.
الخلاصة: ضرورة العمل على استقراء قضايا مراعاة الترتيب في غير أوقات الصلاة وأجزائها.
