الملخص

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى مسح مشكلات الصحة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة الأردنية، وهل تختلف باختلاف بعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية.

المنهجية: تألفت عينة الدراسة من (501) طالب وطالبة بمرحلتي البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا ومن مختلف الكليات والسنوات الدراسية للعام الجامعي 2021/2022؛ منهم (345) اناث و(156) ذكور اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وتم تعريب وتعديل استبانة الصحة العامة على البيئة الأردنية والتي تقيس مشكلات الصحة النفسية. وتم التحقق من دلالات الصدق والثبات للاستبانة. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم حساب المتوسطات، والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين المتعدد.

النتائج: أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى مشكلات الصحة النفسية عامة جاء متوسط. احتل بُعد الخلل الوظيفي الاجتماعي المرتبة الأولى تلاه بُعد القلق/ الأرق ثم بُعد الأعراض الجسدية وتلاه بُعد الاكتئاب الشديد حيث كان هذا الأخير مستواه منخفض لدى أفراد الدراسة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a =0.05) تبعا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الإناث، وذلك على الدرجة الكلية وفي جميع أبعاد الاستبانة باستثناء بعد الخلل الوظيفي الاجتماعي حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور. وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح السنة الخامسة فما فوق على الدرجة الكلية للاستبانة وعلى جميع أبعادها باستثناء بعد الخلل الوظيفي الاجتماعي. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تبعا لمتغيرات نوع الكلية، والمرحلة الدراسية لدى أفراد الدراسة.

الخلاصة: توصي الدراسة بتقديم الخدمات النفسية التي تراعي مشكلات الطلبة الخاصة بالصحة النفسية في الحرم الجامعي والاهتمام بتقديم الخدمات الوقائية والإرشادية خاصة للإناث وطلبة السنة الخامسة فما فوق.
