كشف الذات وعلاقته بالكفاءة الذاتيّة والقدرة على حل المشكلات لدى الطلبة المسترشدين

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف مستوى كشف الذات لدى المسترشدين في محافظة مأدبا، وعلاقته بالكفاءة الذاتية والقدرة على حل المشكلات لديهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم استخدام مقياس كشف الذات ،ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية، ومقياس حل المشكلات، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات المقيايس حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 216 طالبًا وطالبة (العلمي، الادبي) للمدراس الحكومية. ومن اهم النتائج التي اظهرتها الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين الكشف عن الذات والكفاءة الذاتية على الدرجة الكلية لدى الطلبة المسترشدين من الصف الأول الثانوي في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة مأدبا، ووجود علاقة طردية بين كشف الذات والقدرة حل المشكلات لدى الطلبة المسترشدين من الصف الأول الثانوي في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة مأدبا، ومن اهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها هذه الدراسة إجراء المزيد من الأبحاث على كشف الذات للطلبة المراهقين من أجل تحسين مستوى الصحة النفسية وإدارة الانفعالات وضبطها، وعقد دورات وورش عمل لتثقيف المرشدين في المدارس بأهمية كشف الذات وفوائده النفسية بالنسبة للطلبة لتسهيل عملية الاندماج والتوافق الاجتماعي والشعور بالقبول.
