الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في أثناء الخدمة لتطوير الأداء المهني للمعلمين المتدربين في مجمع التربية الخاصة/ جامعة القدس المفتوحة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (35) متدربًا؛ حيث خضعت المجموعة لقياس قبلي، وقياس بعدي على اداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، تكونت أداة الدراسة من (35) فقرة لأهم الكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمي ذوي الحاجات الخاصة. وأشارت نتائجها الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α= 0.05) بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لأداء المعلمين المهني، وكانت الفروق لصالح القياس البعدي. كما أشارت النتائج الى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى أثر الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي. وسنوات الخبرة.
