واقع ممارسة القائدات التربويات للمهارات القيادية في رياض الأطفال بالمدينة المنورة

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع ممارسة المهارات القيادية لدى القيادات التربوية في رياض الأطفال بالمدينة المنورة. استخدم الباحث منهجا تحليليا وصفيا، حيث استخدم الباحث نسخة معدلة من أداة المهارات القيادية التي تتكون من أربعة مجالات هي (الإلمام بنظام العمل وإجراءاته ، والقدرة على تطوير أساليب وأساليب العمل ، والقدرة على التفاوض وإدارة النقاش ، وتقدير المساءلة). تألفت عينة الدراسة من 57 من القادة التربويين كعينة ملائمة في المدينة المنورة. ووجدت نتائج الدراسة أن ممارسة المهارات القيادية بين القيادات التعليمية في المدينة المنورة من وجهة نظرهم كانت عالية بنسبة 75.4 ٪ ، حيث كانت جميع مجالات المقاييس القيادية عالية. هذا هو" الإلمام بنظام العمل وإجراءاته " جاء الأول بنسبة 83.2٪. وجاء "تقدير المساءلة" في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة 76.6٪. وجاءت "القدرة على تطوير أساليب وأساليب العمل" في المرتبة الثالثة بنسبة 71.8٪. آخر واحد هو" القدرة على التفاوض وإدارة النقاش " جاء بنسبة 67.2٪. ومع ذلك ، أثبتت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين وسائل الدراسة عينة الاستجابات للمهارات القيادية المتعلقة بالمستوى التعليمي ، وسنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبية. ومن أبرز التوصيات تعزيز كفاءة القيادات التربوية من خلال توفير فرص التدريب على ممارسة المهارات القيادية والإدارية.
