النمط الإداري المدرك وعلاقته بالكفاءة الوظيفية لدى المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الثانوية في الأردن

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف النمط الإداري المدرك وعلاقته بالكفاءة الوظيفية لدى المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الثانوية، وتكونت عينتها من (200) مرشدًا ومرشدة من العاملين في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في عمان، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وطبق مقياس النمط الإداري المدرك، ومقياس الكفاءة الوظيفية على أفراد عينة الدراسة، بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما. أشارت النتائج إلى أن النمط الاستشاري الديمقراطي هو النمط الإداري المدرك والسائد في المدارس، وجاء بمستوى متوسط، وأن الكفاءة الوظيفية للمرشدين جاءت بمستوى متوسط، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة معنوية بين النمط الإداري المدرك والكفاءة الوظيفية لدى المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الثانوية في الأردن، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، للنمط الاستشاري الديمقراطي لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعًا لمتغير الخبرة الوظيفية للنمط الاستبدادي الخير لصالح الخبرة أكثر من 10سنوات. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام مديريات التربية والتعليم بمتابعة الأنماط الإدارية للمديرين مع المرشدين التربويين لما لها من تأثير على كفاءتهم الوظيفية.
