العلاقة بين النفاق الاجتماعي في العدالة التنظيمية لدى معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في لواء القويسمة

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين النفاق الاجتماعي في العدالة التنظيمية لدى معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في لواء القويسمة. وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (288) معلمًا ومعلمة جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، ولجمع البيانات بنت الباحثة استبانة للنفاق الاجتماعي، وتطوير استبانة أخرى للعدالة التنظيمية، وتم التحقق من صدق الأداتين وثباتهما. ومن أبرز النتائج التي كشفت عنها الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة معلمي المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في لواء القويسمة لسلوك النفاق الاجتماعي والعدالة التنظيمية في مدارسهم كانت متوسطة، كما أظهرت وجود علاقة سلبية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة لسلوك النفاق الاجتماعي والعدالة التنظيمية السائدة في مدارسهم، وأن هناك فروقًا دالة إحصائيًا في درجة ممارسة المعلمين لسلوك النفاق الاجتماعي تعزى إلى متغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، في حين لم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائيًا تعزى إلى متغير الخبرة. واستنادًا إلى تلك النتائج فقد أوصت الباحثة بتضمين فعاليات التنمية المهنية للمعلمين برامج نوعية خاصة تساعد المعلمين على اكتساب الاتجاهات والقيم الإيجابية القائمة على الصدق والمساواة والعدالة داخل المؤسسات التربوية وخارجها.
