الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الحالية إلى تعرُّف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تطوير الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمي الرياضيات نحو دمج الطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الرياضيات في الصفوف العادية بنطقة (لواء بني كنانه( التعليم المدمج ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (20) معلم ومعلمة للعام الدراسي 2018-2019، قسمت عينتها بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية وعددها (10)، تم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي المعد في الدراسة الحالية على المجموعة التجريبية، ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام مقياس كفاءة معلمي الرياضيات المهنية كمقياس (قبلي- بعدي) على المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، وحساب النتائج باستخدام مقياس مان وتني اللامعلمي، أظهرت نتائجها وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مقياس كفاءة المعلم المهنية ككل وفي الأبعاد الثلاث للمقياس وهي: استخدام الاستراتيجيات التعليمية، المشاركة الفعالة للطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الرياضيات داخل الغرفة الصفية، تنظيم وإدارة الغرفة الصفية. وكانت هذه الفروق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات في ضوء النتائج.
