فاعلية برنامج إرشاد جمعي وفق الجدلية السلوكية في خفض أعراض اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة وتحسين مستوى التكيف النفسي الاجتماعي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى الأطفال السوريين اللاجئين في الأردن

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من أثر فاعلية برنامج إرشاد جمعي وفق النظرية الجدلية السلوكية في خفض أعراض اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، وتحسين مستوى التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى الأطفال السوريين اللاجئين في الأردن. وتكون أفراد الدراسة عينة ميسرة من(30) طفلًا وطفلة من الأطفال السوريين من جمعية الارائك التابعة لوزارة التنمية الاجتماعية لعام (2017). جرى اختيارهم على نحو قصدي وجرى توزيعجرى توزيعهم عشوائيًا إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية مكونة من(15) طفلًا ومجموعة ضابطة مكونة من(15) طفلًا. وجرى إعداد ثلاثة مقاييس؛ مقياس اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، ومقياس التكيف النفسي الاجتماعي، واختباري تحصيل اللغة العربية والرياضيات وجرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ثم جرى تطبيقها. وأعد برنامج إرشادي وفق النظرية الجدلية السلوكية مكون من(12) جلسة، مدة الجلسة الواحدة60 دقيقة، جرى تطبيقه على المجموعة التجريبية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع أبعاد اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، وفي تحسين مستوى التكيف النفسي الاجتماعي وفي تحسين التحصيل الدراسي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي في مجالات اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة، وفي مجالي التكيف النفسي الاجتماعي، وفي التحصيل الدراسي لمادتي اللغة العربية والرياضيات. انتهت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها تطوير استراتيجيات التدخل العلاجي الفعّال للأطفال اللاجئين السوريين، والإفادة من برنامج الدراسة الحالية في خطة التدخل والإرشاد، والوقاية وتدريب العاملين عليه.
