واقع تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مدارس مديريتي قباطية وسلفيت الحكومية من وجهة نظر مديريها

هدفتْ هذه الدِّراسةُ إلى الكشفِ عن واقعِ تطبيق إدارة المعرفةِ في مدارسِ مديريتي قباطية وسلفيت الحكومية من وجهةِ نظرِ مديريها، وعما إذا كان هناك فروقٌ ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات المديرين تعزى إلى متغيرات جنس وسنوات خبرة المدير ومؤهله العلمي. واتبعت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ حيث جرى تنفيذها على عينة مقدارها (91) مديرًا ومديرة من خلال استبانة تكونت من ثلاثة مجالات (إدارة المدرسة، مجال المعلمين، ومجال الإمكانات والتقنيات). وأظهرت النتائج أن إستجابات المديرين جاءت على مستوى الأداة وعلى مستوى مجاليّ إدارة المدرسة والمعلمين كبيرة، وجاءت على مستوى مجال الإمكانات والتقنيات بدرجة كبيرة جدا. ولم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى مجالي إدارة المدرسة والإمكانات والتقنيات تعزى لمتغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، كما لم تظهر وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي على مستوى الأداة ككل وعلى مستوى مجالي المعلمين والإمكانات والتقنيات.
في حين أشارت إلى وجود فروق على مستوى مجال المعلمين وعلى مستوى الأداة ككل، تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ولصالح المديرات، وتعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، ولصالح المديرين الذين خبرتهم أقل من 5 سنوات، وأشارت إلى وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح المديرين الذين يحملون درجة ماجستير فأعلى.
