الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع برنامج إعداد الطالب المعلم في كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة الزرقاء في ضوء التنافسية العالمية وضع الباحثون سؤالين للدراسة، وانبثق عن السؤال الثاني ثلاثة أسئلة  فرضية، وجرى بناء استبانة موجهة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لجمع البيانات. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية العلوم التربوية بجامعة الزرقاء، وعينة الدراسة مجتمع الدراسة ذاته. واعتمد الباحثون المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ومن أهم النتائج بناء قائمة تتضمن ثلاثة مجالات وثلاثة عشر معيارا لبرنامج إعداد الطالب المعلم في ضوء التنافسية العالمية، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي لواقع البرنامج (4.18) وهو مرتفع.وأوصى الباحثون بإجراء دراسة تتناول المخرجات التعلمية والخريج. وإجراء دراسة طولية لقياس مدى تطور البرنامج.فضلا عن إجراء دراسات مماثلة في بيئات أخرى.
