الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى  تعرُّف تأثير استخدام برنامج للتصوّر الذهني في تعلم بعض مهارات السباحة (الانزلاق على البطن، والانزلاق على الظهر، وكتم النفس، وضربات الرجلين على البطن، وضربات الرجلين على الظهر، والوقوف بالماء، ومستوى تركيز الانتباه لدى الفئة العمريّة  (9-12) سنة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي على عيّنة عمديّة (قصديّة) تكوّنت من (20)  طالبًا وطالبة ممن ليس لديهم أيّ خبرة سابقة في السباحة، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متساويتين (ضابطة وتجريبيّة) بحيث تكوّنت كلّ مجموعة من (10) طلّاب، تعرّضت المجموعة التجربية لبرنامج التصوّر الذهني المصاحب للبرنامج التقليدي للسباحة، بينما تعرّضت المجموعة الضابطة للبرنامج التعليمي التقليدي فقط، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة بين المجموعتين في القياس البَعدي في متغيرات المهارات الأساسية في السباحة لصالح المجموعة التجريبيّة باستثناء مهارة الانزلاق على البطن، كما أظهرت الدراسة تقدم المجموعة التجريبيّة على المجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي لمكونات اختبار تركيز الانتباه إلا أنّه لم يكن ذا دلالة إحصائيّة. وتوصى الباحثة باستخدام برنامج التصوّر الذهني المصاحب للبرنامج التعليمي للسباحة لتأثيره الإيجابي في تعلّم بعض المهارات الأساسيّة في السباحة، وتحسّن مستوى تركيز الانتباه للناشئين.
