فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية الكفايات المعرفية لدى الإعلاميين حول أطفال طيف التّوحد في عينة أردنية

هدف هذا البرنامج التدريبي إلى تنمية الكفايات المعرفية لدى الإعلاميين حول أطفال طيف التّوحد في عينة أردنية، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (60) إعلاميًا، اختيروا عشوائيًا من العاملين في مؤسسات إعلامية متنوعة مُصنّفين إلى إعلاميين في المجال المقروء والمسموع والمرئي، كما جرى إعداد مقياس الكفايات المعرفية الذي توفرت فيه دلالات صدق وثبات تبرر استخدامه في هذه الدّراسة من قِبل الباحث، وجرى إعداد برنامج تدريبي لتنمية الكفايات المعرفية وتم التّحقق من دلالات الصدق والثبات، وجرى استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، وأشارت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي على جميع المجالات الفرعية لمقياس الكفايات المعرفية تعزى إلى البرنامج التدريبي، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في القياس البعدي للكفايات المعرفية وفقًا لمتغير مجال الإعلامي في جميع المجالات الفرعية لمقياس الكفايات المعرفية، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة إجراء دراسات على عينات أكبر من التي تناولها الباحث تغطي محافظات المملكة، وتمثّل مجالات أكبر لفئات الإعاقة الأخرى.
