الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تعرُّف مستوى الادارة الذاتية وعلاقتها بقلق الاداء لدى عينة من المرشدين المتدربين في الاردن. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70)  طالب وطالبة؛ حيث كان عدد الذكور من طلبة التدريب الميداني في الارشاد النفسي والتربوي، وعدد الاناث 59  في الجامعة الاردنية، وجرى اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة جرى تطوير مقاييس الادارة الذاتية وقلق الاداء. هذا وقد اشارت نتائج الدراسة الى ان مستوى الادارة الذاتية لدى المرشدين المتدربين في الجامعة الاردنية جاء بمستوى " منخفض"، وجاء مستوى قلق الاداء لدى المرشدين المتدربين في الجامعة الاردنية بمستوى "مرتفع"، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة سلبية (عكسية) دالة إحصائيًا بين مستوى الإدارة الذاتية ككل لدى المرشدين المتدربين في الجامعة الأردنية ومستوى قلق الأداء لديهم.
