فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على عادات العقل وفق نظرية كوستا في تنمية دافعية الانجاز والكفاءة الذاتية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في السعودية

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على عادات العقل وفق نظرية كوستا في تنمية دافعية الانجاز والكفاءة الذاتية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية. جرى اختيار أفراد الدراسة من طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي بمدينة عرعر بالسعودية  خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 2019/2020، حيث حددت الباحثة المدارس الثانوية الحكومية التي تتضمن شعبتين للصف الأول الثانوي واختارت مدرسة منها. وحددت احدى الشعبتين بطريقة عشوائية لتكون مجموعة تجريبية (24) طالبة وتحديد الشعبة الأخرى لتكون مجموعة ضابطة (26) طالبة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرى بناء مقياس الدافعية للانجاز لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية، ومقياس للكفاءة الذاتية. وأظهرت النتائج: وجود فاعلية للبرنامج التدريبي  القائم على عادات العقل وفق نظرية كوستا في تنمية دافعية الانجاز والكفاءة الذاتية لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في السعودية، فقد كان مستوى الدافعية للانجاز والكفاءة الذاتية عند طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اعلى من طالبات المجموعة الضابطة.
